This page is a list of each state’s contact information, whether it is a website, facebook page or an email address, you will be able to contact your state’s health advocates and get plugged in! Remember you are not alone in this fight for our children. We must stay connected to each other, keep sharing your stories, and sharing the truth about vaccines.
Each state has links that will send you to someone in your state that you can connect with! They can help provide more information on vaccine exemptions, state laws, how to be involved in your state, and any other questions you might have.
If anything changes in your state please email my staff at email@example.com “ATTENTION ASHLEE” and we will update the information. Be sure to share this link in all your groups and with anyone you know who is looking for help.

If a link to a Facebook GROUP doesn’t work it might be because the group is private. You will need to go to their Facebook PAGE instead and then ask one of the admins to join the private group. Where you may wait days/weeks before being accepted because of the vetting process.
Arkansas has all three exemptions.
Link to the current exemption form: Arkansas Immunization Exemption (Fill it out, have it notarized, and turn it in. Once it’s approved, make a copy for yourself and give a copy to the school. Must be done yearly.) PLEASE NOTE: All exemption forms require a signature and seal of a Notary Public
Religious/Philosophical Exemption Information:
“An application requesting an exemption must be submitted for each child and for each childcare or school the student attends. An application with a notarized signature of the parent or guardian must be submitted each school year to the Department of Health. Outdated or alternate forms are not allowed. Incomplete forms will be returned for completion. Exemptions shall be granted only by the Arkansas Department of Health.
“If a child is exposed to a vaccine-preventable disease for which an exemption is chosen, the child should expect to be excluded from childcare or school for 21 days or longer as determined by the Arkansas Department of Health. This is for the protection of the exempted child and the protection of others.”
Medical Exemption Information:
“A physician statement outlining medical reasons for an exemption of a specific immunization is to be submitted to the Medical Director of the Immunization Section with the exemption form. The Medical Director will decide whether to grant the medical exemption based on the CDC guidelines.”
In Other words-You cannot simply have a doctor grant you a medical exemption in our state. A doctor has to write a letter detailing why they think your child should avoid vaccines or a specific vaccine, and then it goes to the state and the state decides whether or not to grant the medical exemption based on the extremely rigid CDC list of contraindications. The CDC list basically states that if you have not already had a severe life-threatening reaction, or you aren’t immunocompromised with cancer, etc then you don’t qualify. It’s hard to get one here. Even if you did qualify for a medical exemption, it’s usually only going to be for the select vaccine that you reacted to, or a temporary medical exemption until they feel it is safe for you to get that vaccine once again (like if you are cancer-free and no longer getting chemo, etc)**
